Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom orders may take 3-7 business days depending on complexity.

We ship via USPS from Wilson, North Carolina. Free shipping on orders over $40.

Returns & Exchanges

Because most of our products are custom 3D printed to order, we do not accept returns on custom items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.

For non-custom items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery in unused condition.
