When you submit STL files, images, sketches, or reference materials, you confirm that you own the rights to those files or have permission to use them.

  • Incorrect dimensions provided by the customer

  • Poor‑quality or incomplete STL files

  • Design flaws inherent in customer‑submitted models

Once a design or proof is approved, the customer assumes full responsibility for the final print.


8. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders.

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.


9. Optional Tools & Third‑Party Services
